Custom/Personalized Items: Due to their bespoke nature, custom products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or do not match the approved proof. Claims for defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Non-Custom Items: Standard merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase, unused and in original packaging, for a refund or exchange (subject to a restocking fee, if applicable). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged/Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and a description. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned item.
