A. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment terms may vary depending on customer account status, order value, customization requirements, and written agreement between Dora Promotion Inc. and the customer.

We may accept payment by credit card, ACH, wire transfer, company check, or other approved payment methods. Orders may require prepayment, deposit, or approved credit terms before production begins.

B. Product Information and Pricing

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, decoration information, production times, and pricing. However, product availability, material, color, price, setup charge, imprint area, packaging, and shipping details may change without prior notice.

Final pricing and production details must be confirmed in writing before an order is approved for production.

C. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
